• 540mg elemental magnesium from a bisglycinate and oxide complex, with vitamin B6 in its active Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) form.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar, Vitamins & Minerals (120 capsules)

• 1,000mg raw Suffolk apple cider vinegar with the Mother, with botanicals, live cultures and a 12-nutrient vitamin–mineral matrix.

Directions
Each complex is taken to its own directions.
