UK Delivery:

We offer Free, Royal Mail Tracked 48 Shipping (2-day delivery aim) on UK orders when you spend £20 or more ❤️

Settle for a small order for now? Royal Mail Tracked 48 Shipping (2-day delivery aim) to the UK costs £2.99.

You have the option to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 Shipping (1-day delivery aim).

All orders placed before 14:30 London (UK) time are processed and shipped on the same day, except for Sundays and bank holidays as Royal Mail doesn't operate on these days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK.


Worldwide Delivery:

We do NOT charge international consumers VAT tax as international consumers will pay VAT taxes at customs at their own countries.

We deliver worldwide using Royal Mail International. Shipping fees depend on destination and weight and our website will let you know of the shipping cost before placing an order ❤️

We always supply proof of postage and tracking numbers to customers, nationally and internationally.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Order lost in the mail?
You will receive a full refund :-) It's our responsibility to deliver. 

Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. Bought it but changed your mind for whatever reason? If you are not happy, we are not happy!

Our policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days to return any Dietapplements purchase for a refund, but we will only deduct the shipping fees from the refund if you had your shipping to your address for free. Please email us first at so we could provide you with the return address.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be perfectly sealed and unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be required to, please, supply images of the products, all sealed, to our email address before sending your products to us. I'm afraid we can't accept used products.

Customers have to pay for the return shipping fees in full if they choose to return their orders for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed on the same day, including weekends, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take a few additional days to reflect on your account.

Do I need a receipt to return my product?
No, you don't need a receipt to return the product. We have your online account on our website, including your name and address and we'll credit your account if you are eligible for a refund. Kindly please make sure to include your name, address and order number in the returned package.
