Returns & Refunds
Order lost in the mail?
You will receive a full refund :-) It's our responsibility to deliver.
Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. Bought it but changed your mind for whatever reason? If you are not happy, we are not happy!
Our policy lasts 28 days. You have 28 days to return any Dietapplements purchase for a full refund. Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so we could provide you with the return address.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be perfectly sealed and unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be required to, please, supply images of the products, all sealed, to our email address email@example.com before sending your products to us. I'm afraid we can't accept used products.
Customers have to pay for the return shipping fees in full if they choose to return their orders for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed on the same day, including weekends, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take a few additional days to reflect on your account.
Do I need a receipt to return my product?
No, you don't need a receipt to return the product. We have your online account on our website, including your name and address and we'll credit your account if you are eligible for a refund. Kindly please make sure to include your name, address and order number in the returned package.
