Protein is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. Iodine contributes to the normal growth of children. Iron contributes to normal cognitive development of children. Vitamin D, vitamin K, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins A, C, D, B6, B12, folate, iron, selenium, copper and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions
• 6 months – 3 years: 1½ level scoops (13 g) daily, up to 3 scoops (26 g) if needed.
• 4 – 16 years: 3 level scoops (26 g) daily.
• Mix with milk, smoothie, yoghurt, pudding, milkshake or purée; or mix with milk and pour over cereal, porridge, muesli, oats or granola.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
