Each complex is taken to its own directions:

• Apple Cider Vinegar, Superfood, Biocultures & Berries — swallow 2 capsules with a full glass of water daily, with your main meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either product. Suitable for vegans.
Children under the age of 16 must not consume the Berries complex. The Vitamins & Minerals complex contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.
