1. Magnesium Glycinate & Vitamin B6 (90 capsules)

• 540mg elemental magnesium from a bisglycinate and oxide complex, with active B6 (P5P).
• Magnesium and vitamin B6 each contribute to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

2. Marine Collagen, Biotin & Superfood (90 capsules, 35 ingredients)

• 1,800mg hydrolysed marine collagen (from fish), 100mg hyaluronic acid and 10,000µg biotin, with a broad vitamin, mineral and botanical matrix.
• Riboflavin, niacin, biotin, vitamin C and copper each contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Directions
Each complex is taken to its own directions.

• Magnesium & B6 Complex: swallow 1 or 2 capsules daily with water and a meal. The capsule can be split and poured into food or drinks.
• Marine Collagen & Biotin Complex: swallow 2 or 3 capsules daily with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either product.
