Directions
Each complex is taken to its own directions.

• Vitamin D3, K2 & C Complex: swallow 1 capsule daily with water and a meal. The capsule can be split and poured into food or drinks.
• Apple Cider Vinegar Complex: swallow 2 capsules daily with water and your main meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either product. Suitable for vegetarians.
