• 1,000mg raw Suffolk apple cider vinegar with the Mother, with botanicals, live cultures and a 12-nutrient vitamin–mineral matrix.
• Vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, zinc, iron and copper each contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Each complex is taken to its own directions:
• Vitamin D3, K2 & C Complex — swallow 1 capsule daily with water and a meal. The capsule can be split and poured into food or drinks.
• Apple Cider Vinegar Complex — swallow 2 capsules daily with water and your main meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either product. Suitable for vegetarians.
If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners), do not take the Vitamin D3, K2 & C complex except on the advice of a doctor.
The Apple Cider Vinegar complex contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.
