So consumers ask me, how much apple cider vinegar in capsules they should consume.

In liquid, it’s recommended to consume roughly 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily which is maybe 30 millilitres.

The problem with liquid is that some consumers find it very sour. The acetic acid is the main component responsible for this unpleasant taste, but ironically, it is the competent that we highly appreciate and seek in the vinegar.

And because the vinegar is highly acidic, like soft drinks for example, it can cause erosion of the teeth enamel.

So the required 30 millilitres of liquid apple cider vinegar is the equivalent of 2 capsules from our product.

The amount of acetic acid in vinegar varies depending on the manufacturing process.

Now, how much acetic acid do we have in 2 capsules of our products?

Generally, the acetic acid content in apple cider vinegar is between 4% and 8% by volume.

However, the acetic acid in our formula makes up about 10% of the vinegar.

This means that in 2 capsules (the equivalent of 30 ml), there are about 4.5 ml of acetic acid.
