Additionally, I deal with leukopenia, a condition characterised by low white blood cell counts. This can leave me more susceptible to infections, making it crucial for me to focus on my health.
To support my blood health, I take a powerful combination of essential multivitamins. Key players in my routine are vitamins B2, B6, B12, and iron. These vitamins are essential for the normal formation of red blood cells and maintaining my overall blood health.
Iron is particularly important for me, as it helps support the formation of haemoglobin, which carries oxygen in the blood. To improve my iron absorption, I’ve also had to ditch black tea, as it interferes with how my body absorbs iron. This adjustment has made a significant difference in managing my condition.
