My Keto Advice? Do It Your Way

We’re on a mission here, me and you, lovely mums, to sleep better, think better, and feel better. And when those pieces come together, life just gets easier.

Now let’s talk about keto. My forever advice? Do your own keto.

You don’t have to go keto crazy. I hear fanatics saying, “No onions, no beetroot, no peppers.” No peppers? Really? Just because they’re slightly sweet?

You’re not a robot following a rulebook. You’re a smart woman who can listen to her own body.

Your Keto, Your Rules

As you go along, you’ll create a version of keto that works for you.
Here’s what that might look like:

  • When you start losing weight on keto, you may notice some muscle loss along with fat. That’s your body saying, "Give me more protein." So listen. Go heavy on protein to maintain your muscle.

  • When you cut out simple carbs like sugar, bread, and pastries, your body might start craving complex carbs. That’s normal.

Nuts, seeds, beans, they’re not strictly keto because they contain more carbs.
But if you’re avoiding all the usual carb-heavy foods, it’s perfectly fine to give your body these nourishing options. They’re full of fiber, minerals, and real energy.

Let it happen. Strict is not always better. And for most women, strict is never sustainable. Enjoy your “half and half” keto meals. If they keep you feeling balanced and strong, you’re doing it right.

And Don’t Forget This One Thing

Before meals, take your apple cider vinegar capsules for weight loss support and gut health. They can reduce insulin spikes by almost 30%.
